And I've heard that potassium helps ease depression symptoms (dates contain five times the amount of K as bananas). To answer your question from last week: I was baptized Greek Orthodox but consider myself Agnostic, with a heavy emphasis on disbelief in organized religion. Resolutions are hard fucking work!
