Teeth
The Blood Brothers - CeciliaI’ve been telling myself to blog, but just didn’t want to, even though the week has been slightly more interesting than usual. It’s funny though, because now I don’t know how to launch into it all. Maybe I just won’t
There’s been an abundance of noise and general annoyances in front of our apartment building all week. We live on Main Street, and they’re doing road construction this spring/summer, fixing it up all nice and everything I guess… anyway, when I’m bored, I stare out the windows and watch the big machines. I could go for a walk or something, but leaving the house would pressure me to spend money, and I’m saving for Justin’s birthday on May 28th. He’ll be (gasp!) 23.
I’m getting my wisdom teeth out within the next month.
Also, I’m going to look into getting braces (again) because my bottom teeth are crooked from the wisdom teeth coming in and me not wearing my bottom retainer for years. I got my braces off when I was in 9th grade, and now I’m 21 and thinking about going through that horror again. Do you know anyone who got braces in their 20s?

wow.. goodluck on getting you wisdom tooth out.. and goodluck with the new braces!
I hate going to the dentist.. I don’t know why… ahahaha.. Nice blog by the way.
Take Care!

I work with a girl who just recently got braces for her first time, and she’s in her thirties. She knew it would be best for her to go ahead and get them, and she doesn’t regret it at all. So I definitely think you should go ahead and get them, but that advice is coming from someone who has never had braces before. :)
I hope you decide to fill us in on your slightly more interesting than usual week! xox.

Dude, people older than 21 get braces. “Adult”s get braces all the time, what with us being all obsessed with aesthetics and whatnot.
And I’ve decided that road construction is most certainly the work of the devil.
Anyway, I hate to plug, but I just posted two huge back entries in my blog from my Detroit trip…

Ashley! Lucky you getting your wisdom teeth out!! Both my top ones came in just fine, but I’m afraid once my bottom ones start coming in there won’t be any room in my bottom jaw for them. :( I don’t think there’s anything wrong with braces. In fact, if I could, I would totally be all for getting braces! The only downside I see for having them is the amount of saliva you produce (I heard it’s more than normal) &/or getting food caught in it, & that’s embarrassing. But yeah, I say go for it!

ohhh that really sweet of you! i think we have the one thing same in common about hard to refused the temptation to BUY something when we go outside
good luck for buying a great present for him!
anyway… about braces, i have a friend who is 22 and still used braces, actually she just started like 2 months ago… so, if its for your own health i suggest you to have it :)

I know how you feel about spending money. Everytime I go out, I’m always tempted to spend some of my money as well. After awhile, you find that you don’t have any money!
I hope getting your wisdom teeth pulled out goes okay.
