layout… In a few weeks I’ll be redoing my layout. I can’t wait. I was fucking around in photoshop with this pic I saw on livejournal. It looks hot. CHECK IT OUT. Do you think it’s a bad idea to stray from the whole “pink” layouts? Afterall… it is pink-pistol.net…

Sexy. I lovee it. Just do some pink trim or something. My whole theme was black and white and i had a little red that made it look nice. But i dont know about beige, brown, and pink. I guess just experiment.

I don’t think the pink thing matters. I don’t even much like pink, so yeah. I like the layout though. A little dirty, but hot. Why in a few weeks though?!?!?! And yes two entries to one layout is a world record for me I change my layouts pretty much every other day. We also have those motion lights! They succccck.

Steph: Yeah, I could fuck around a bit in photoshop. But I might just end up skipping the pink all together. Maybe my splash page being pink will be enough. Meh, I’ll see.
Jess: WordPress is rather difficult to customize it takes a few hours. I really hate it. I wish I could just have my entries in an iframe like you have… but I don’t know how to do that, I mean, without the gay menu that comes with wordpress. Yeah, but even if I did, I usually only change layouts once every month. I get attached quickly, haha.

I see. I must be slow because I don’t know what wordpress is. haha. Man, I really suck. If you need any help with IFRAMES I could help you, they’re so effing basic. I get attatched to, but I am such a loser and have loads of free time, plus the internet is pretty much dead lately…and no one comments or does anything…so I just make layouts. ahha. SEE, I really am a loser.

I love iframes, I use them all the time since they’re so easy to position and whatnot. WordPress… it’s like b2 but advanced… you know, just another blogging tool. It’s what my site is run off of. I want to make a iframe-based layout, but I’m not sure what page the iframe should call. Like what is the url to my entries? WordPress has that menu thing… it’s all PHP and shit. I want to have my journal entries inside of the iframe, but not the menu with the archives, links, and fanlistings, etc. Ugh. I have no clue how to begin. Oh well.

Well, wordpress is an upgrade from b2… I mean, its more powerful or something. I donno. Plus I already installed it and I can’t waste anymore time, lol. Is b2 easy to customise? I mean, is it a really simple tool? Just entries no menus/archives and whatnot? That’s what I need.

Yeah it is, and I have these files that make it really really basic to edit, like all you do is look for colors, and change that. And you do that thru FTP and…then yeah to update all you do is…go to the url that it’s installed at like http://www.plastic-lullaby.net/stephmb2/b2login.php that’s how it is for me. Then you type in the user name and password, and bam! you’re ready to type. It’s really easy.

WordPress has that thing too. I go to my site/wp-admin.php or something and just start typing, heh. I don’t think mine is as easy to customize. It has a css stylesheet and then an index page… so it’s like I have to work my design around the blog instead of working the blog around my design. It REALLY sucks.
