*shudder* COMPLETELY AGREE. People are insane. The Jonas brothers sound whiny (and are fugly – they are NOT good-looking whatsoever), Miley Cyrus cannot sing, does not look good, and sounds like a dude sometimes, and HSM…ewww. Half these people cannot sing to save their lives (studio manufactured, anyone?) nor are they close to good-looking. You are not the next Justin Timberlake or even Britney Spears (Mickey Mouse club -> real fame).

But I love my Disney classics…basically any Disney movie from Tarzan and before is good to go and most of the Pixar stuff. But anything new is total crap these days

I am sorry, but there is nothing wrong with Jonas Brothers. However I agree when it comes to HSM and stupid annoying teen stars. And Disney has gone downhill since the days of Lion King and Bambi.

I love Gossip Girl so much =D I can’t wait for the new season.

My sister is into all of that, and she is 18 years old. The Jonahs brothers did a cover of a Beatle’s song and she told me to listen to it because it was better than the original.

You’re even thinking about HSM? Young lady, go into the wash room and wash your brain out with soap THIS INSTANT!

In defense of my obsession with older Disney movies, I literally grew up watching The Little Mermaid, Lion King, Sword In The Stone, Toy Story, Pocahontas, etc., so I pop those in whenever I get a chance.

And Pixar’s involvement with any project negates it’s “Kids Only” status (Case In Point: Finding Nemo. Great flick)

But as far as 17 year olds flocking to the local Wal-Mart to get the latest sweat-shop made, badly screen printed, going-to-fall-apart-in-a-week HSM messenger bags? Yeah, fuckin’ ridiculous.

And Gossip Girls being less cheesy than Disney MfTV movies? That’s debatable.

And collecting posters of Miley Cyrus… funny story about that. I work with a guy who is notorious for going after girls 10 years younger than he is (the dude’s 26…), so we bought a bunch of stickers and turned his locker into a Hannah Montana shrine. We sniggered all day about that one..

I cannot stand this people. If you’re out of high school…why are you watching high school musical? How can you even relate? I don’t get it.

I am so indifferent to all those “teen stars” I really don’t even know who they are. What are they like 12? I’ve heard some of their songs, thanks to my 13 year old cousin, and they also lack talent…so really…I don’t see the big deal.

I love Chelsea…she’s hilarious.

Aw, I hate Chelsea Lately. I watched it once and she was saying that no other British people should go over to America (related to Posh & Becks, I believe) which kind of offended me.

But yeah, on the Disney thing, I agree. High School Musical has now ventured out of the Disney Channel and into the big screen. Frightening.
