You shouldn't be so hard on yourself, because nobody is perfect!

And you can't diet to lose belly fat. You need to diet and spot reduce through exercise BUT spot reducing, especially your belly is very difficult to do.

I personally think that working on a tummy is more targeted excercising then diet. It seems a little odd to me that a diet could target a specific part of your body. I've always had a tummy that sticks out but a relatively thin defined waist. In the past couple years, while eat what I'd prefer to eat I've not really gaiined or lost any weight what so ever. Before when I had lost weight it was because every day I would go for a long walk, because that was the only way for me and a couple of my friends to get around. I tend to agree with Eunice's comment...no one is perfect, everyone has a flaw of some kind. I hope you find something with results that you are happy with!

If I could change anything about myself, it'd be my tummy. It's HUGE and ROUND. I have no idea why the hell that is; I don't eat THAT MUCH, although I must confess I spend most of my days sitting in front of the computer not doing anything.

Maybe having a tummy makes you feel upset, but nobody's perfect! I don't know what you should do, but maybe sit-ups might help? I mean, I've heard all that stuff about it only being to strengthen your muscles or whatever, but I honestly have no other idea.

I've read somewhere before that some people eat a lot when they're upset, whilst some people do exactly the opposite. Oh, how we all wish to be more like the latter!

Good luck =)

If I coul change anything, i would want a smaller waist, and wider hips. I'm ok with my bellyfat just cause I don't find it normal to have nothing there. but remember Ashley, you are perfect the way you are!!!

Maybe sit-ups would help? Honestly though, I'm on the full side, but I've long ago stopped caring even if in my country, it's a big deal to be beautiful and sexy. I guess I just don't see the sense in it. But anyway, perhaps activities that target the middle of your body would be the clincher. Alcohol is bad for the belly...or so I hear. Perhaps you can go to the gym, or to a dietitian for a diet that would fit your body and lifestyle.

Hey, I am the same as you. I had a baby in March, but even before I got pregnant...I always had a nice butt, nice legs, and i'm a 36C. but my tummy has fat. i would change that...and now that i've had a baby i have love handles...EEW. and i still can't lose the last 10 lbs of weight that i gained. it sucks...but i'm really starting to try now. if you want some tips, avoid soda as much as possible...even diet or caffiene free. and don't eat more than 2 hours before you go to bed. it doesnt sound like much, but it adds up! good luck!

I gained about 20 pounds in the 7 months between the middle of senior year in high school and freshman year in college... I had to buy 3 new pairs of jeans because the ones I fit in a year ago won't pull up over my waist. :-(
But, I'm not too worried about it, because I'm comfortable with my body, and I enjoy outdoor exercise-y activities. So... that probably doesn't make you feel any better.
