Seriously? I love Pinkerton and The Blue Album and the list goes on, and I've NEVER noticed his sexist lyrics until right now! I definitely see it now. But I still love those albums to pieces. I read about half of that blog entry (it's really long!) and I definitely see what the author is saying. I mean, look up the lyrics to 'Getchoo'. I think the fact is is that we still live in a sexist society in disguise. I mean, don't even get me started on all of those action movies and tv shows starring a guy and some love interest who does nothing but act as the hot damsel in distress. It's probably one of the biggest reasons I stopped watching 'Lost'. Oh my god, everything I’ve ever known is a lie. Seriously?
