What will save me from this idleness?
I Love You But I've Chosen Darkness - DashI’ve been tinkering with Wordpress as well as some of my content, which has directly led to my very late nights.
I rediscovered a section on this site that listed my favorite things, and they hadn’t been updated since 2004… needless to say, I’ve changed a little since then.
I updated it, but saved the original copy because it was amusing to look back at how young and “trendy” I was. Anyway, it has really gotten me into updating. I think I’d like to write some more satirical articles, because the ones I have are rather old and the thing’s I’m mocking have drastically changed in the last 2 years (such as emo). If only I had some new ideas!
I wanted to blog yesterday, and the day before that as well, I just suffer from writer’s block. It’s funny because this blog is basically just personal, day-to-day activities, emotions, opinions, etc… but I’m even blocked when it comes to writing about my daily routine. What is there to say? I ate a fluffernutter sandwich… I watched a movie… I talked on the phone… I went grocery shopping. There are so many gaps in my life, and so few adventures.
January is around the corner, and I need to fill out the fafsa form. At this point, I’m planning on moving away from Buffalo and back to PA to pursue college closer to home, by the end of summer 2008. I could go to a school in Buffalo NY, but I wanted to start at a community college and then transfer to a 4 year. The problem with this is that I’m not sure if I can commit to Buffalo for another 2 years. The only person I have up here is Justin, and our relationship has been rocky and unpredictable lately. If I were to attend a college in NY for 1 year and then Justin and I suddenly have a falling out, I have no where to go and no one to depend on and I can not simply move back home to PA because the college credits from Buffalo will not transfer to a college in Pennsylvania. It is a very tricky situation. I’ll need to discuss things in-depth with Justin, but he has been avoiding all conversations I try to initiate about “us”, a typical male tactic.
Updates: I added 13 more songs to the radio. I updated my owned movies list and added my WP plugins list to the credits page. The sidebar now shows a random movie quote and lists my top 3 albums of last week (via last.fm).

ahhhh… the “us” questions. i just had one with my boyfriend, whch has been pretty much forgotten (healthy?). He asked me why i expected so much form him? what kind of question is that? why shouldn’t i have high expectations for my boyfriend in everything he does? it’s not like they’re unachievable.

Ah – the FAFSA form time. I always dreaded January for that reason alone when I was in college. *lol* I just hated filling out the paperwork. I certainly hope that the paperwork is the worse of your school stresses – your sweetie needs to pull his head from his bootie and have a chat. ^^

Writer’s block sucks, and it doesn’t matter what form it comes in. But at least you have now done a couple of updates to the site. That’s good too, right? :)

I’m so glad you’re getting ready to fill out those damned forms. I know you’ve been wanting to go to school for awhile now. Unfortunately, I don’t really have any advice for you. But I do agree with all of what you’re feeling.
Probably, if I were you, I’d go to a school closer to home. Only because if something were to happen between you two you could always move out and maybe get your own place, but you don’t really like Buffalo and then you’d be stuck there.
But you should definitely talk to Justin, for sure. Love you. Let me know if you need help with that FAFSA junk. Not exactly an expert but I do know a thing or two. :)

Writer’s blocks are so damning annoying =)
I guess I know what you mean by can’t even write your daily routine… xD Basically it’s just normal stuff everyday. ^^
The Movie Quote section is such a cool idea! It’s very fun to read =)

The teacher’s a creep but I can live with it, I know he didn’t mean it but the guy’s just weird…
It’s entertaining to read stuff you wrote and made years ago, aah nostalgia…
I hope you figure out things about college and your boyfriend soon!

I have serious problems with Writer’s Block too. And to make matters worse, as a writing student that is not the best thing to ever happen. And I don’t blog as often as most people or as often as I’d like too. :D
Good luck with talking to Justin and figuring things out, sounds like it could take a while before you know exactly what to do. But, good luck to you for that as well. And I hope you figure things out. :)

God luck with deciding what school to go to. I am currently going to a school that is an hour drive away from my boyfriend. It’s not that far but it’s still really hard on us. I’m sure you will be able to figure something out that works for you.

Gah, I get writers block a lot when it comes to blogging! I could have this huge big day, but not really feel like writing it all, or I can’t remember a part of it until later, or I just decide that my day was big so I’ll blog later. Which isn’t really writers block anyway.

Sometimes I also stumble upon old content and sometimes I get quite a laugh from it. Especially how much my priorities and goals have changed so drastically.
I hope that you decide on a school that is best for you -I guess it’s very important to figure out where to go so you won’t regret it halfway through.

Sometimes I get writer’s block when it comes to blogging. But, I get over that by just letting the words flow. I always go back and edit anyway.
I sometimes find my old journals that I kept years ago and look at my old writing style. Its changed dramatically. My interests, my style, even my handwriting. Its always fun to reminisce.
I love your theme, btw.
